        The Fiduciary Standard: As your financial thought partner, we are legally and ethically bound to put your interests first. This extends to your data. We do not, and will never, sell your personal or financial information to third parties.
    

1. Data Aggregation via Plaid

To provide you with an accurate Asset Map, we use Plaid Technologies, Inc. Plaid is a global leader in financial connectivity.

Read-Only Access: We can only see your balances and transactions. We cannot move money.
Credential Security: We never see or store your bank usernames or passwords. You provide those directly to your bank through Plaid's encrypted portal.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to build your financial roadmap, including:

Identity info (Name, Email) provided during signup.
Account balances and asset details you link or manually enter.
AI Coach interactions to help improve your strategic advice.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to power the Eclectic Systems tools: calculating your net worth, projecting retirement growth, and providing AI-driven business insights. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Regulation S-P Compliance

In accordance with SEC Regulation S-P, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information (NPI). Access is limited to necessary system functions and your designated AI coach.
